Been visiting the Noel Arms for a while and grown very dissatisfied with the unfriendly, grumpy and unwelcoming bar staff. As repeat customers you'd assume you'd receive some friendly greeting and rapour but no. Little atmosphere in the bar area. There are better pubs/venues in Campden. I will try it again from time to time - hoping it'll improve but... More

Thank you for taking the time to let me know your thoughts. We have a fantastic team of staff at The Noel Arms who are normally on great form, extremely helpful and friendly. I have had a word with them following your comments but I think one or two of them must have been having an off night when you... More

Lovely old building in prime location in the centre of Chipping Campden. Friendly staff, great breakfast but horrendously damp room - wallpaper held in place with stickly tape - black mould around only, tiny window - bubbling paintwork. The groundfloor room overlooked the car park via a small window. Had no netting therefore had to close curtains virtually all the... More

Nice old hotel but in need of some TLC in places. Staff very nice although the restaurant needs a meeter and greeter as the very young waiters can struggle if things get busy, although we had a very good Valentine's dinner with more experienced staff (for that evening) and excellent food. The room we started off with at the rear,... More

The hotel is lovely, right in the centre of the main highstreet with lots going on. We were greeted by friendly staff who advised they had upgraded us, so we were both really excited. The room wasnt what we were expecting for an upgraded room as the room was very dated. I know its an old building but the rest... More

We stayed here about a month ago for one night. We had a free upgrade without having to ask,the bed was a little soft but thats just personal preferance, the rooms comfortable, clean and pleasant with a good bathroom. We were planning to go out to eat, the hotel menu and food looked so good we ate 'in house'. The... More

The reception staff went out of their way to help you if you needed it. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming with the right amount of professionalism. The hotel has a lovely relaxing atmosphere with a cafe, pub bar, conservatory to choose from. Unfortunately the breakfast and evening meal were so lovely and filling that we did not... More

Had a training course to attend and was looking to stay over somewhere the night before. Great location with a bit of history. Room was nice, a few minor cosmetic things e.g. bath seal but apart from that - the bed was comfy, had a great night's sleep. Had the burger on the barman's recommendation - excellent. Complete with tasty... More

Just had a three day break at this hotel It was very enjoyable, good friendly atmosphere, excellent food ,beer & wine great. Scrambled egg loses a point to the Ledbury hotel ( no cream in it ! ) , my wife said it was better for me anyway!!!
