Charingworth Manor was a Cotswolds dream-come-true. Our room, the view from the windows, the excellent and attentive staff, and the entire property were simply amazing. Our room (The Creswell) was roomy and comfortable, provided a great view of the gardens, the sheep grazing at the bottom of the hill, and a stunning vista across the rolling green Cotswolds hills were... We spent the weekend at Charringworth Manor at the beginning of May. The setting is stunning, the service was five star as was the food and accommodation. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. This is a highly recommended hotel and we will definitely be returning one day for another fabulous weekend.

The manor house is situated in an absolutely beautiful Cotswold location. The house itself is gorgeous and bathed in history. Our room was perfectly lovely. The bathroom stunning. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room facilities which were splendid (leaving the gym for those with more energy than us). The meals were in deed fine dining with high quality... More

An absolutely stunning Manor House in the amazing setting of the beautiful Cotsworlds. Our recent stay at Charingworth Manor was an amazing experience. The staff at this wonderful hotel were quite amazing. Our experience from booking our stay right through to departure was above excellent. We had planned to visit to enjoy an afternoon tea at the manor house but... More

Came here for Afternoon Tea as it was one of the listed places on a Virgin Experience gift voucher I was given. Was easy to book a week beforehand and the reception were helpful when booking and no problems when they were told that it was for using up the experience voucher. Friendly welcome and were given a choice of... More

Got given a Red Letter Day Afternoon Tea Gift from one of our sons and booked at the Charingworth Manor. Were greeted and seated in a lovely lounge with crisp linen table clothes and lovely fireplace. The selection of sandwiches were fresh and wide in variety. Had the smoked salmon, coronation chicken and Yorkshire ham. Scones were fresh and cakes... More

This place has it all: relaxing lounges, a glorious terrace, beautiful views, good food and friendly, attentive staff. My wife and I spent three lovely nights here in mid-May and we cannot recommend the place highly enough. The room we had (Ralph of Tosny Suite) was beautiful. It was a large, well furnished, beamed room right in the top of... More

Had afternoon tea here yesterday - and it was marvellous. Shame that we had to select a rainy day, as the views from the terrace would have been lovely. Congratulations to the staff who were friendly, but unobtrusive and made sure we had enough tea etc and the chef who ensured we had delicious sandwiches and cakes to scoff. What... More

Stunning oldy worldly Manor House, set in lovely grounds with good views and no neighbours of any kind. A few miles out of Chipping Camden, which we found no problem at all, enjoying the peaceful setting. We had a room in the newer annexe which was very sympathetically decorated, fabulous deep bath and L'Occitane toiletries. It would have been lovely... More

Dear Guests I’m glad you enjoyed your recent stay and thank you for taking the time to share your comments on trip advisor. I agree our bar is a little on the small side but as you say we do have two further lounges with plenty of additional seating. I do hope we can welcome you back in the near... More
