Superb venue, stunning views, super friendly and helpful staff! Charingworth Manor (especially, Jeff) really did make our day a wonderful and memorable one. All our guests (all 120 of them) commented on the quality of both venue and staff. We were all made to feel welcome and special, from the preparations for the Wedding Ceremony in The Orangery, to the... More

A romantic getaway for any couple. It is set in its own estate with a beautiful view. It also has a lovely, warm swimming pool, sauna and steam room which was a real attraction for us to relax in. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The restaurant manager was so helpful, after breakfast he took our coffee into... More

We stayed here for one night in January. The hotel is beautiful and quirky as you would expect from its age but I was pleasantly surprised how light it was and how warm our room was. The staff are really good and well mannered, plus there are lots of small touches making it feel more like an independently owned hotel... More

Set on its own estate, this is a lovely building: everything you would expect of a centuries-old stone country house. So if you are looking for a quintessentially English country manor experience, this is a great place to get that. The highlight of the hotel was the food. We had a 3-course dinner each evening and were spoilt for choice.... More

I've just returned from a romantic night away here at Charingworth Manor that my boyfriend booked for us for my birthday. It's a beautiful Manor House set in the middle of the Cotswold countryside. Our deal included a mini afternoon tea & a 2 course evening meal, both of which were absolutely delicious! The staff were lovely & couldn't do... More

Just one night (Secret Escapes offer) - a cold January night, first one of this mild winter. Hotel heating system struggled to cope so my wife commented. I prefer a cold bedroom. Dining room was warmer and dinner was excellent - blade of beef and pink cooked rump of lamb followed by lemon posset & treacle tart. My wife also... More

Lovely setting. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The champagne was so nice. The strawberrys and chocolate were to died for. The sandwiches and cake were lovely. Really nice atmosphere and the log fire was a very nice touch.

Although I am not a hotel guest I visit the leisure club very regularly (1-3 times per week), the staff are very professional (although they once refused to return my BMW keys out of fear I was stealing somebody elses car - I am young at 24, I can accept their mistake) although maybe they should be more personal at... We stayed for one night on Friday 8th January 2016, totally lived up to our expectations! We stayed in Thomas Corbett room- absolutely lovely room in the main house. We had the mini afternoon tea in the sitting room in front of the fire- so relaxing . Our dinner was excellent. All the staff were so helpful, in particular our... More
