After looking around at accommodation we decided that the Seagrave looked good value and of good quality. The room was booked online via the Seagrave's website without issue, however when we arrived we were presented with a room in the Pub, rather than the barn room we had originally booked. This wasn't an issue from the point of view that... More

This place, a cross between a pub and a hotel, is enjoyable from arriving until leaving. The bedrooms are spotless, the beds comfortable with their white duvet covers and soft pillows. The bathrooms are modern with clean lines. Fortunately we booked for dinner when reserving our room. The dining rooms, several small rooms with overflow in the bar, were well... More

Can't speak to this place as a hotel, but as a 'local' pub serving our nearby holiday rental, it was perfect. Small but well-stocked bar, friendly staff and they took Sunday lunch for 17 of us in their stride. The roasts were great, but the pea soup with pancetta was the highlight. Lovely beer too - Mad Goose, Shagweaver, Curious... More

We were 4 couples who stayed one night for an annual reunion which has been celebrated for some 20 years at various locations in UK & the continent.Paul & his staff made us very welcome with every attention to our requirements. The rooms were very clean & comfortable & nicely furnished. We had a separate room for dinner, this really enhanced... More

We enjoyed an excellent weekend break in this lovely friendly spot. the new owner Paul was right on the ball and the restaurant serves beautiful locally sourced produce, right down to 'eggs from Billy's farm' for breakfast! Dinner was superb! We had a 'dog friendly' room in the courtyard out the back - thoroughly recommended!

Stayed for two nights over the bank holiday weekend - arrived to a friendly welcome and were very kindly upgraded to the suite due to a shower issue in the room we booked. The suite was amazing, clean, spacious, very comfortable, huge comfy bed with lovely linen, beautiful outlook, good tea and coffee facilities, good size tv and huge bathroom... More

A perfect location to explore the beautiful towns and countryside of The Cotswolds from. We stayed here for two nights in May and would definitely come back. The owner (Paul) is very friendly and helpful and clearly prides himself on personal service to his guests. We were very lucky to have beautiful sunny weather and Paul asked if we would... More

We stayed for two nights during the end of Easter week and were very pleased with our small double room in the lovely old building. We decided to eat at The Seagrave Arms on our first night and enjoyed the meal, finishing the evening chatting to a lovely Australian couple who were visiting the area. One small point about the... If you book a room here take care which room you are given and what day you arrive! We booked one superior twin and 1 superior double room for two nights and had planned to eat there both nights but since Sunday evening can sometimes be difficult we phoned earlier in the week to check they would be serving food,... It is always a great sadness to both myself and my staff when someone has left The Seagrave not having enjoyed the time that they had expected to. After all we are here to provide not just accommodation and food but also create experiences - especially for groups such as yourselves. However, I am somewhat surprised by a number of... More

This corner of the Cotswolds is beautiful; Broadway, Moreton-on-March, Stow-on-the Wold, Bourton-on-the-water are all well worth a visit. The Seagrave Arms has recently changed hands and the new chef is really setting the standard high - delicious food. I would highly recommend the woodpigeon and parfait. The room was lovely. Our shower lacked one of two glass doors, but I'm... More
