We were recommended to go to the Bantem tearoom and thought we would try it out but I had my doubts when we arrived and looked through the window , nearly empty and just a few cakes on display in the window and not very mouth watering to look at . Inside the place lacks that cosy feel you get... More

We spent two nights here, in early December. The location was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds, the hosts warm and friendly and the cooked breakfast beside a roaring fire spot on! A bonus was the free parking. We'll definitely return!

My husband and I visited the Bantam Tea Rooms for 2 nights between Xmas & New Year and loved it. This guesthouse is great value for money- in the beautiful Cotswolds village of Chipping Campden. Very clean room- soft thick towels, charming tea facilities, comfy bed, generous sized bathroom, amazing breakfast with local produce ingredients...and such charming hosts. It's great... More

We stayed for one night here on a few days trip around the Cotswolds. I chose it as it was very well priced. And for the price it was a perfect spot for the night in such a beautiful village. We had room 5 which looked out onto the pretty main street. It was very comfortable and clean. The wifi... More

Just spent 2 nights at this delightful little B&B, the room was warm and comfy, with quaint cottage decor and everything we needed. Situated right in the middle of town with ample safe free parking, easy access to everything Chipping Campden has to offer, and there's lots! Our charming hosts cooked us a most delicious breakfast and went out of their... More

Me and my partner popped into the bantam for an afternoon tea. the fire was very welcoming! it was difficult to choose from all the homemade cakes and scones! the bakewell and chocolate cake were fab, and the scones were the best scones I've ever had. This staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going out off their way to please... More

We were enticed into the shop by the warm fire. After ordering our sausage rolls and coffee and a Coke we received and drank out coffees which were alright. Then the £2.05 can of Diet Coke came, followed by the £1.70 sausage roll. It was soggy microwaved and horrific! Won't be back!!

Tempted by the cakes in the window we went in for a lunch and a treat after. We were shown to a table quickly and our order taken soon after that. The cafe was about half full but our food arrived in good time although it was distinctly average. A bit more cheese and butter on the jacket wouldn't go... More

I walked in the Tearoom today to get some scones with clotted cream to takeaway. The place looked very nice and cosy. I've been a little surprised when the bill came telling me I had to pay 6£ for 2 scones, almost no cream at all and jam I didn't asked for. Totally overpriced when you think that you can... More

Husband and I walked from Broadway so had a good appitite when we arrived in Camden. Choose this tearoom as it looked very traditional, it was very cosy inside. We had a cream tea, the scones were lovely and fresh and very large, only just managed to finished them. I prefer my tea out of a china cup otherwise they... More
