Got here by taxi in the dark and rain. entered in the pub to find a lovely atmosphere, very friendly and cosy. I checked in and again friendly staff. they offered me a drink and asked me what time I'd have breakfast. I was showed to my room, which was in a separate building just outside. The room was nice... We stayed at the Angel Inn in Misson with our 3 dogs for a family reunion. Andy and Lisa at the Angel Inn made us feel so very welcome, and they set aside a great table for the eight of us for an evening meal. The pub was very welcoming with a log burner warming the rooms and our dogs... More

Travelling from the North of Scotland to Lincolnshire with a Great Dane, I needed a comfy bed for the night. I searched the internet sites and found the Angel Inn at Misson. Tucked away in the centre of the village, it was a little hard to find but once found, there is a large car park on site. Landlord and... More

close to Robin Hood airport so good value for airport customers. a small, friendly inn, pub open until midnight, newspapers in pub free, good full breakfast, liked the wetroom, no complaints, except difficult to find as satnav was playing up, but owner/landlord directed us in by phone.

As we have stayed before we knew we were in for a relaxing and delicious weekend. We were not disappointed. The Angel lived up to our expectations. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and well appointed. Service attentive without being intrusive, locals as friendly as ever and the food, well, I didn't think it could be any better than before but... More

We decided to visit the Angel upon some great recommendations and was not disappointed. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome and at home. Myself, partner and two children (9 & 10) ordered some drinks and asked for a menu. We were given their new menus and a kids menu both had a lovely variety... More

I can only review this Hotel/Restaurant based upon my experience with the previous owner. . .The welcome was warm and inviting, the food and value for money was exceptional, the room was immaculately clean and the location was idyllic

Stayed here last weekend in September and we were lucky to have glorious weather. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and can't do enough for you and made our stay worthwhile. Fantastic full English breakfast and we had dinner in the conservatory restaurant on the Friday even - all perfect. Thank you.

Stayed a few times here when run by previous owner who was hard working, classy, and very professional , the new owners are not in the same league.Still wearing 'L'plates and got a hard act to follow. The landlady is a trier ,when focused ,but carrying a bit of dead wood with her other half , not sure if his heart is... This is not a review but an abusive and personal attack with no justification. Your comments are totally unfounded and staff and customers alike were astounded by your behaviour. I would not normally respond in this way but in this case feel it necessary. I will also be reporting this to trip advisor to whom I will identify the underlying... More

The Angel was built up by the previous owner into an excellent place to dine, so when it changed hands we were interested to see if it would remain so. We popped in for Sunday lunch a couple of months ago. While I wouldnt describe it as bad I wouldnt describe it as good either. However we were at the... More
