Lovely hotel and location, just noisy from 7am due to small children in room above

For a budget hotel this would take some beating, it was clean and tidy and in a good position for quietness. Would happily stay again.

This is a very good hotel with a convenient location for Yorkshire Outlet. Rooms comfortable,staff exceptional and food excellent(breakfast and evening meal). Nice change to be given a freshly cooked breakfast-as opposed to lukewarm buffet food.

We stayed at Lakeside Doncaster, and enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Stayed there with my 3 kids & we all had a great time . All the staff very friendly & helpfull. Breakfast very good the kids love the attention.
