Stayed for one night at the Regent in Doncaster after a day of meetings. Hotel staff very nice and efficient. Parking a bit tight when only a few spaces left. Room 42 clean and basic but biggest moan was the noise at 0100 when people we're stood in the car park nattering which at 0100 when no cars around was... More

We stayed one night at the Regent and enjoyed it a great deal. Superbly located on the edge of town (3 minute walk and you're in the centre) and 15 minutes of a stroll to the racecourse, the staff were friendly, professional and keen to help. We asked for a quiet room and, despite being nearly full, did all they... More

I attended a function at the regent hotel last night and I cannot believe how poor it was. There was a live band playing that had blocked the access to the toilet with their amp so people had to climb over this and all the wires to use the toilet. This is a huge health and safety issue. A drink... More

Dear customer I am really sorry to read your negative feedback/comments, we at the Regent pride ourselves on being a friendly family run business. We have questioned all staff members who worked on the evening in question and are at a loss as to which member of staff it could have been,we would prefer for any one attending a function... More

I came to the restaurant for my birthday with friends. We loved our time here and for sure, we will come back soon. The service was efficient and quick. Food tasted beautiful - it was cooked to a high standard with nice combination of flavours. It was also presented very well on the plate! We had the chicken supreme, chicken... More

Booked the hotel through trip advisor which to be honest was the only problem I encountered as we did not receive a confirmation email which meant I had to call the hotel to check on the booking. Nice friendly welcome on arrival by the receptionist, easy check in, room was large and spacious with an excellent bed and facilities. We... More

Nice family run hotel, good location for walking to resturants, theatre etc, booked a family room for 2 adults 1 small child which had two double beds in a large room, but at £80.00 with breakfast I felt was a little steep as the room it's self felt tired & no better decor than a good travel lodge/prem inn. Carpets... More

We stayed at this hotel for a friends wedding this weekend. By chance it was the 3rd wedding in 4 weeks across the country. For organisation and food it was by far the best of the three but by no means the most expensive. The staff were all completely charming and helpful in the extreme at the Regent. The food... More

We were looking for a central hotel and the Regent was recommended to us. Very good central location and at £65 for the two of us for bed and breakfast, looked very good value. We arrived at about 17.00 and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Great that they have a lift. We had a couple of drinks befor... More

This hotel had good location and it a few minutes walk to the town centre. Have a very small car park at the back. Our room was by the front window. We stayed one night. The room is good size and had subtitled Television. But the heater was not on. So it was chilly at night. The bath water was... More
