This hotel was very noisy. I had to sleep with the windows closed. The heat in my room was intolerable. Other Guests came to their rooms at 2 in the morning and woke me with their drunken racket. Yobs were having drunken brawls out side. I parked in the tiny car park but when I wanted to go out in... more

Stayed here on business last may,Broken lock on door, no hot water, mold growing on wall. Management was more like Faulty Towers, meets David Brent from the office. This looks from the outside like a decent hotel, but the rooms would not even make it to a DSS doss house. After having no hot water for the duration of the... more

Don't be fooled by the classy modern style of the restraunt on the ground floor. My sister and I stayed in room 230 as part of a 30 group hen night. The first thing we noticed when we entered te room was the strong foisty smell but we didnt really mind as most hotels do usually have a little bit... more

My friend and I were attending a function in Doncaster Town Centre and were advised that this hotel was one of the 'best'. The website photos of the reception areas looked quite nice so we decided to book a twin room. On arrival the 'car park' was a very small under cover part of the hotel which smelt really bad... more

My so called executive room was very small at the end of a long corridor with a grubby carpet. My room had not been aired. I couldn't get the windows open as they were nailed shut. I asked the receptionist for another room, which I was given. To be honest, it was nearly as bad as the first one, but... more

The hotel is right in the middle of Doncaster especially good if you are there for the night life. The rooms are a bit dated but clean but you dont get 5 star when you pay 3 star prices and at 60 quid for the room what do you expect. The only problem was the lack of bar facilities especially on New... more

I have to admit, I only stayed here for about two hours - the rooms, well like other reviews have said, were dated, hot and noisey. The window had obviously been open to 'air' the room but flies were in the room and it was not pleasant. To their credit, I was extremely impressed that the reception staff helped me... more
