This place is not for families. I wouldnt bring a kid to stay in this hotel. Rooms r not sound proof at all. I wouldnt stay here again. Pls do not stay here with ur kids or parents. It will definetly going to be too embarrasing. They should allocate couples in different area or make sound proof room. Not that... More

The location is good for the racecourse but that is one a the few redeeming features of this tired motel.Rooms are located away from the reception in a separate block reminiscent of a 1960's holiday camp.(also probably when it last had a lick of paint!) Room was reasonably clean but very dated and smelled fusty. Bathroom reasonably clean but tile... More

Had a few issues but they were resolved. The hotel is tired now and needs updating. One three pin plug in a room is not sufficient for the business traveller.Food good and quality good too but a little on the expensive side I felt.

We often use these facilities for training and its first class. There is plenty of parking, it's conviently situated and the staff are first class and can't help enough. The room can accommodate about 20 candidates, tea and coffee are provided in with the price. It's not the cheapest we found but certainly the best.

For a budget accommodation it is perfectly fine but it is more of a motel that hotel. For a stopover in a busy leisure park with a great choice of the usual family diners, it is fine. Expect no more than a clean room with en-suite in the same fashion as all the other budget hotels and you won't be... More

As last reviewer said, more a motel than hotel. But lovely comfy bed, clean, everything u need. Bit dated but brilliant nites sleep. Great value in restaurant, which is the bar/reception too. Three course meal is excellent value at £14.95, but even better if you have a taste card! Would def stay again.

Stayed at this motel as great location for the racecourse. It's great value, clean and comfy. It's basic but there is everything you need - kettle, flat screen t.v. really comfy bed. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Meals are good although would describe it as a diner rather than a restaurant. If you're having breakfast its cheaper to pay at... More
