My second visit. Stayed 2 nights. Comfortable large room. Friendly staff and good service. Best part is free use of health club. This has a good gym, pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi; all well kept. Regulars I spoke to had swum with Lenny Henry! more

This Hotel cannot deliver any sort of customer service at buffet breakfast, Running out of food, long ques, half hour wait for coffee. No management in sight when everyone was complaining. Don't bother with dinner either - go to the 2 for 1 nearby for better service and food for a fraction of the price. I recomend the management stay... more
