Went to see Morecambe v Luton (being a Luton Town fan and an Eric Morecambe fan, this was a must game to go see) so we stayed here for the weekend. Typical Premier Inn - clean, tidy, friendly and helpful staff. There were some plumbing works (not in hotel itself) going on overnight and we were made aware that we... More

If you are a night worker, your best to stay elsewhere. The rooms are dingy with a little electric heater, your room will not be cleaned as there is no cleaners on nights, and the bathroom was full of dampness and odour from it. You can't sleep during the day because the cleaners are like elephants pounding from one corner... More

This hotel was definitely what we needed for a 1 night stop-over stay. The staff were welcoming, the room clean and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. My only reservation was the parking which was limited as an extension to the Inn is due to start soon and the car park had been partially taken over by builders materials... More

staff very friendly and rooms comfortable and clean. We booked 4 rooms and all were fine. Only stayed 1 night but will definitely stay again when we're in the area. Had dinner and breakfast in the Brewers Fayre next door and food and service were good. Wanted to stay following weekend but fully booked. The rooms are being renovated so... More

As a family with two small children, who like to nip off for a quick break without breaking the bank, I'm becoming sick to death of places not accepting children under 5, or insisting you stay two nights. This turns a quick break into a bloody expensive one. With the greatest respect to Premier Inn, and I'm sure they might... More

Nice and clean room however that is where it finishes. We were not offered/told at any point a bath mat for the bath was available until we were checking out we thought the raised bits in bath was one until a friend slipped getting out. Staff in a rudely manager pointed to the small print on back of receipt which... More

Stayed here as we like to stay in Premier Inns so that we don't have any nasty suprises, we travelled to the Lake District each day which was only 30 mins away and used this hotel as a base. No faults with this hotel, room was as expected - very clean. Good restaurant next door which we dined at for... More

On the positive side, this premier inn is seconds from the m6, and the service is great. Sadly though, this premier inn is in need of a bit of a makeover to achieve the Lenny Henry promise. Definitely not a Hypnos bed! But it was cheap and you get what you pay for.....

A chatty and welcoming receptionist made sure our Saturday night stop over started well. A surprisingly spacious room was another big plus. Weekend teatimes are obviously the weeks biggest diner numbers at the adjacent Brewers Fayre so I did not get too uptight about the slow bar service. Range and quality of food were both good as was the value... More

Just one night spent here. The Brewers Fayre next door was fine, decent choice of evening meals and a good breakfast the following morning. The bedroom was very average and in dire need of a really good clean. Everything we touched felt sticky and the washbasin waste outlet was disgusting. Wouldn't even risk the shower! Bed/pillows were comfortable. Wifi absolutely... More
