Visited for two nights but was sp desperately disappointed only stayed one night. Did not like access to rooms, via fire escape type steps which were very slippery when wet. Only stayed here as no room at the penny street bridge oestrogen the sun inn and was in Lancaster on business. Service was friendly and enjoyed the tapas restaurant, but rooms were tired and basic and there was a lot of noise from the road at night.

Great hotel in the centre of Lancaster. The rooms are clean and tidy with a plentiful supply of tea and coffee. The food in the tapas restaurant is of good quality, reasonably priced and the wine is not over priced either. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Good brekkie also!
