Central location , excellent service , very friendly . Extremely clean , fresh towels daily and rooms cleaned to high standard. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that , but definitely recommend and stay again .

What a lovely little spot. So convenient for town and the castle. I stayed here for two nights with my husband . It is clean contemporary and reasonably priced. There is parking if you book in advance. breakfast was good with a full menu including continental and full English plus cereals etc from the buffet. You can easily walk to... More

Their website will tell you that they offer Free Parking, and breakfast included, but when you reach there, you will start getting surprises one after the other. I didn't have any other choice but to park my car in council's parking overnight, and pay extra. Also it was further away from the hotel and i had to walk back to... More

Stayed for over a week while visiting friends in Lancaster. Room was clean and very comfy bed. Breakfast service each morning was very very fast, tasted great and staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful at all times. I won't stay anywhere else but here on my subsequent trips to Lancaster. Excellent value for money.

A decent sized room, comfortable, very close to city centre. Nice breakfast. Free parking, but there are limited spaces so be sure to call and reserve one. Free wifi. There was some traffic noise in my room but not enough to bother me. I would happily stay here again.

We loved staying at the Crows Hotel. It was very clean, the room was spacious and all the little extras were thought of. The manager Joe could not do enough for us, the breakfast was wonderful. I will stay there again and recommend it highly. It is conveniently placed close to the castle and in the centre of town. There... More

Just back from a short stay in Lancaster where we booked the Crows Hotel. Very pleased with the hotel, staff and breakfast. Room was warm, comfortable and very clean. Owner was most welcoming and very helpful. Would book again if re-visiting the area.

After our last visit to Lancaster we thought we would try this luxury boutique B&B. Now...where shall I begin? Positives ... The hotel is very central , is a ten minute walk from the train station and also near to the castle. Had read that the owner , in another review , was rude and arrogant however I found him... More
