Booked into this Hotel primarily for its central, L.Spa location, which unfortunately meant NO attached car park. Room was clean if spartan, the shower and television both worked fine, though the bed and pillows were like rocks to sleep on. No breakfast was provided during my visit though there is an eatery attached and a Witherspoons down the street. A... More

I stayed here for one night whilst on business. The staff who 'greeted' me ignored me whilst talking to each other and smoking outside. The hotel is tastelessly decorated and worn out, a bit like a council house brothel. Despite this it served its purpose and I left the next day without much thought about the experience. However, the following... More

We paid £100 for 2 nights stay and got what we paid for. The pro's: Comfortable bed, amazing shower, large TV. The con's: yes its noisy from the bar downstairs but surely this is pretty obvious to work out before booking due to its location; the shower leaked whilst in use (but was cleaned up by housekeeping without notifying staff).... After walking 30 miles along the canal for charity as part of a 147 mile journey, I booked the Hotel as it was close to the canal & central location. I requested a bath on booking the room. On arrival the Hotel was overbooked and they were trying to find rooms in other Hotels as guests arrived. I was put... More

Very noisy bar music went on til 2am then another hours noise as people left. Our room vibrated with the noise. People hanging around entrance at all hours, no staff on duty most of the time. Bags of dirty laundry in the corridors. Smell of breakfast in morning was awful, left without having breakfast

Tried to book in at 6.50am after getting off the train but the place was not open so we had to carry our bags around until we could book in at 2pm. When we did book in there was lots of stairs and no lift and we were on the top floor. We were given the wrong key to start... More

Toilet flush: broken; Beside lamp: broken; Soap dispenser: broken; Shower soap tray: broken; Mattress: springs sticking into my back all night; no glass or cup in room. The 'continental' breakfast consistent of small boxes of cereal and some dubious looking ham under a bell glass. Avoid.

I stayed there for one night, I booked last minute and it was the only place available in the price range. The room was very small but functional, a few of the lights weren't working and although the room was generally pretty clean the shower needed a good clean. The hotel is right above a bar which didn't close until... More

Booked for a quick stop-over in Leamington on a Saturday night. Very central location and pretty easy to find from the train station. Room was clean but very small and fairly tired-looking, though the shower was surprisingly powerful. The biggest issue for us was the noise coming from the bar downstairs - we could feel the floor vibrating from the... More
