Cheap prices mean you arrive not expecting luxury, yet the outside of this once grand old hotel, plus its location on the high street of Leamington are brilliant. Had to move rooms because of leaking toilet. Bathroom door would not close and window opened on it's own if the catch was not on. Coffee mug leaked so was unusable. Overall definitely not value for money. Needs updating. Would not stay again! More
