Seeking overnight accommodation near to a Ingon Manor where we were attending a wedding reception we booked into Hill Cottage with other friends for the night. What a delightful cottage and location. Gillian Waldron was friendly and warm upon our arrival and even took us and our friends to Ingon Manor for the reception!? Our room was the balcony room... More

Very friendly owners who were very helpful. The room was comfortable and the history of the house is very interesting. Garden is lovely and nice to sit in. Breakfast very good indeed. We would stay here again. Thank You.

Gillian Waldron was just wonderful with her attention to details from the moment that we entered the property. The room that we were given had a balcony that overlooked the countryside as well as her English garden. The room was neat and very clean with everything that we needed. I stayed here recently and can honestly say it's the worst accomodation I've ever had outside of London (and there are some grim ones there if you're on a budget!). The room was cramped, poorly furnished with a terrible shower and decorations that were like a 1970's nightmare. Cheap bedding, an uncomfortable bed and being next to a noisy road... More
