We have just spent a weekend here and would recommend it highly. The service was warm and friendly and the whole place has a welcoming ambiance. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was excellent. Handy location within easy walking distance of the town and plenty of parking. We would definitely use it again. more

I arrived much earlier than expected and of course did not expect to be able to access my room at 11.30am, but was disappointed to find that the hotel building was completely locked and so I couldn't even pop to the loo. I've been The Adams on Jan,2009. Such a nice place. I always fine local hotel with good quality when I travel abroad. I went Leamington Spa on my Business trip. The Adams is one of my fav. hotel that I will go to stay again. The room is okay. It is the best on its class. I will visit there... more

Very convenient for the town centre (5 minute walk) with plenty of parking for all guests. Other than a small lounge with bar there are no facilities but given the location this isn't an issue. The room was a reasonable size and comfortably furnished. The decor was looking tired and the shower was rather old but ok given the price... more

This is a decent, pleasant place to stay just a few minutes' walk from the main street (Parade). There is off-street parking - sufficient for all the rooms if fully-booked, I would guess - which is always a plus point. The Adams Hotel is on a lovely tree lined street in Leamington Spa and it is just a short walk to the centre. The accommodation is lovely, the welcome was really friendly and the room was tastefully decorated very clean and with everything you need for a great stay.
