My wife and I visited Mallory Court for Sunday lunch on the 13th July for her birthday. Good grief -what on earth has happened ? We have previously visited the place on numerous occasions up until about two years ago when it was excellent. The food was average and the proportions small. There was hardly anyone there (only three tables)... More

The hotel was fine, the room was fine, the breakfast was reasonable, but.......dinner in the restaurant was a total scam. There were three set prices, £47.50, £65 and £85, this for a three course meal excluding drinks. I'd normally expect to be able to buy food for several days for £47.50, so even the cheapest option ought to have been... More

Recently spent a most enjoyable couple of hours partaking of afternoon tea, with an obligatory glass of champagne, to celebrate my wife's birthday. Very enjoyable and thoroughly recommended. The food was tasty and beautifully presented, the staff attentive and unobtrusive and, surprisingly, we had the drawing room entirely to ourselves. We felt very privileged - almost like royalty! No complaints... More

Really outstanding service from the front of house staff both within the hotel itself and particularly in the Brasserie where the service was genuine and courteous without being overly solicitous and not a hint of arrogance. The food in the Brasserie was imaginative and tasted superb - full of flavour, good portion size, fresh and contemporary without following silly fads... More

Had the most wonderful stay recently. Staff were exceptional, lovely room in the main house and a fabulous meal in the dining room. We were treated like royalty from the minute we stepped into the hotel until leaving, and were given a lovely birthday treat of a glass of champagne and petit four. The goodie bag on leaving was the... More

I had a meeting in Leamington Spa and used the Mallory Court and enjoyed afternoon tea which was excellent. Good service and very comfortably surroundings in a lovely location. The dinner menu looked impressive. I will return.

Got this off late rooms. Fantastic welcome on check in and was shown to our lovely appointed room. Breakfast was delightful along with the friendly service. On settling the bill we were presented with a goodie bag of water, apple & some boiled sweets. Lovely gesture for our travels. Only negative is, if your sensitive to road noise you might... More

As Relais & Chateaux properties go - the Mallory Court Hotel was the least hospitable of all we've visited throughout the UK and Europe. They were not inhospitable but rather perfunctory, with the exception of one receptionist who was very gracious. The property itself was well-appointed with nice modern rooms, beautiful classically decorated parlors and dinning room - but their... More

I could not fault my stay at this hotel. Set in delightful Warwick countryside but within a few minutes of M40 motorway and 30 minutes drive from airport The room, service, food were all exceptional. The staff were charming and nothing was too much trouble for them.

You recognise this when you receive it. Something intangible; the effortless result of good training and charm. Add to this a very well maintained hotel public areas and beautiful gardens matched to beautiful rooms and perfectly good food and you are in for a treat. With a brasserie and a find dining restaurant Mallory Court easily caters for any budget.... More
