good find, can walk to town, park on the road. £54 for a double, nice old house, bit shabby but perfectly fine. breakfast good but 9.30am finish at the weekend. main criticism that there was no shower just a bath and no jug around to wash my hair! but absolutely fine and good value for £54 more

made very welcome, clean, comfortable and easy to find. Would recomend this to anyone that wants a place thats not over the top price wise. brekkie included in price, hotellier was very accomidating. more

I stayed for 2 nights in a double room, in this guest house. The service is friendly, it offers some on site parking and off street parking. The rooms are of a standard size for a guest house. The ensuite facilities are adequate, they are not perfect though, the tiling and floor covering could do with some updating. Breakfast is... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at this guesthouse for 2 nights it was an ideal base for exploring warrick, leamington and stratford upon avon because it was so close to the train station. The prices ae really reasonable and the owner does a cracking full english!!!! The owner was very warm and welcoming and helpful. One thing I would say... more
