Stayed one night for work training course - there were lots of problems with the rooms, no electric in one, no duvet in another and so on! There was also problems with the food, they ran out of vegetarian food during lunch and were not too sure what to do! They had to make a sandwich, apart from one staff... more

We paid £50 per room per night B&B - for this money it was fine, but certainly wouldn't pay any more than that. 1 night stay in dirty lifeless hotel. Had the pleasure of checking into a room where the bed had just been slept in, the shower had just been used, the bin had not been emptied etc etc. Full of apologies and at least responsive enough to offer a free upgrade (to a room that had been cleaned!!) I was booked by a very well known heating manufacturer for five days whilst attending a training course.the room i was given was next to the kitchen extractors...very noisy.i was assured they went off at night.....they didnt. when we went down for dinner we were offered very little choice but breakfast was very good. you will need a good pair... more
