Very comfortable room on ground floor, with all necessary amenities.. Food very good with an excellent, hearty multi choice breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Travelled with daughter and grandsons who had a room opposite who also were well catered for by staff and facilities. The hotels position makes it an ideal base for exploring Warwick ,Stratford and... More

We got a deal through wowcher. £40 for 2 including breakfast. Glad we didn't pay the full amount for our nights stay. Staff fairly friendly Double room was a decent size and plenty of storage if staying more than one evening. Found a few hairs on the desk. But the rest of the room was okay. Complementary tea and biscuits... More

We stayed for 1 night - 2 couples out for an afternoon / night away from the kids. We found the welcome at the hotel pretty good, and managed to park in the free car park okay. Rooms are a little tired, and definitely on the small side - maybe due to proximity to town. However, they were perfectly functional... More

Just got back from a weekend away to this hotel, we found this hotel to be lovely decorated, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and work extremely hard. We had a meal in the restaurant and the food was fantastic, the ribeye steak is certainly a must, breakfast was great a buffet style, fresh hot and appetising. Beds... More

Nice, (I Would say) "3 star" hotel building in good location. Good level of staff but dated services. Light fittings hanging out of ceilings highlighted (no pun intended) the need for some maintenance as did the bar area. Staff helpful and friendly if seemingly confused at times. Mediocre.

General atmosphere was one of a hotel in decline. Although the room itself was adequate and clean, copious amounts of surplus furniture were stored in the corridor outside it. The shower, was just that - a shower! Loose on the wall with a dribble of water coming from the shower head. Although a non-smoking throughout hotel, there was always a... More

Hotels in Leamington are hard to come by, especially the night I wanted one. I ended up at the Falstaff and after reading the reviews on here I had quite low expectations. My expectations were met. For £95 for a single room, I would expect more. Firstly, I was greeted by an empty reception desk. I had to wait 5... More

We were welcomed by the staff and made to feel that nothing would be too much trouble, this was the case. Our room was very clean and comfy with flat screen TV and more than enough tea, coffee and biscuits. The bathroom was also very clean with ample supply of toiletries, nice comfy bed who could ask for more. Both the evening... More

After years of driving past this hotel, I finally stayed at the Falstaff Hotel for three nights. After an early check-in I was given an excellent room with a bathroom intended for the differently abled (but perfectly adequate for me). Breakfast the next morning was well suited to those who like the full English breakfast. Free wifi and plenty of... More

After seeing all the negative reviews about this hotel I was wondering what we had let ourselves in for. In fact I was expecting something from Fawlty Towers to be honest, but we gave it a go and we were very suprised. The staff were very helpful and the room was more spacious than anticipated (room 37). OK the whole... More
