Authentic, friendly, unpretentious, and a good breakfast to start you off. This is a convenient venue for Leamington Spa and all the villages in the area. The beer is very good and I took some home with me - they do great gift packs - as a present for my husband who had been left to fend for himself while... More

I stayed with a friend whilst on a 2 day cycle ride. Liz was able to accommodate our bikes (push bikes) in the microbrewery next door which was secure. Not sure if this is always possible so take locks with you if cycling in case. Liz was very friendly, served breakfast at a time that suited us (and breakfast was... More

A lovely comfortable room. We were welcomed on arrival with a lovely pot of tea and biscuits. The breakfast was great with a large choice. Attention to detail was very good. Best of all it was right next door to a brewery. The village was pretty and had two pubs. Wd caught the bus into Leamington Spa which made a... More

Our friendly welcome included tea and hot cross buns at this charming B&B. Our host Liz was very helpful and easy to chat with. Our room was comfortable and cosy giving us a great night's sleep. Breakfast was first rate with a great variety on offer for all tastes. The added bonus was the Warwickshire Beer Company micro brewery attached... More

Liz provides a warm and friendly welcome, and maintains this hospitality throughout your stay. The house is a Grade 2 listed building so don't expect regular stairways and lifts are not available in this historic home. If you're looking for a place in a small, quiet village, with easy access to Leamington Spa, Warwick, or Stratford, you wouldn't go amiss... More

Had a 2 night stay and was made very welcome by Liz the owner. Grade 2 listed which is a quirky building, beams wonky floors (No it wasn't the wine!!) Liz made a cup of tea as we arrived and we sat in the shade in her garden which was lovely. Our room was quite small but ok, bathroom with... More

I have been going to Bakers a few years now, I count Liz & Graham among my close friends. They run a superb establishment, cosy & friendly. Lovely breakfast; clean , fresh bedrooms. Always a pleasure to go to. The Kings Head is a super place for a meal, again cosy and friendly.

Myself and my daughter stayed at Bakers Cottage in March 2012. The owners were friendly and helpful, our twin room, up its steep winding staircase was full of character, clean and had all the facilities we needed, with an ensuite and separate toilet. The full English was tasty and plentiful, and the owner kindly gave us a doggy bag with... More

We stayed overnight at this B&B and were happy with our stay. We had a double room which was plenty big enough with a small but ample en-suite shower room. The room was clean with everything which you would need. The owners were very friendly and the full english breakfast good. I would be happy to recommend this B&B for... More
