We did not stay in the hotel overnight but we had a wonderful meal here for our tenth wedding anniversary today. 3 members of our party are severely intolerant to lactose (any milk containing products). They have a comprehensive vegetarian and separate vegan menu. When we came to order sweets, the chef (who knew from our booking that we were... More

We attended our nephews wedding in June, the setting was idyllic with beautiful gardens, the accomodation ( as we stayed over ) was comfortable, the breakfast the following morning was enjoyable. However, the owners, oh my god, I have never met anyone so rude, ignorant, unhelpful, aggresive in all my life. Their attitude to guests is appalling, and also to... More

You can't fault the gardens they are lovely for wedding photographs. But in these days of economic instability and many businesses closing down, owners of places like this really do have to pull out all the stops to drum up business and keep it thriving. One of the main and basic needs to do that is good customer service, and... More

Stayed here one night for our anniversary. The room was lovely - the bed was around 500 years old and was so comfy. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We had a meal in the restaurant and also breakfast and both were superb. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed for one night in a double room for a family wedding. The location and gardens are absolutely beautiful. The hotel has lots of character and each room is decorated differently. Our room was on the front of the hotel with a view over the car park, having said that it is a very pretty car park with gardens beyond.... More

Five of us dined in the restaurant on Friday evening and had a really good time. There was a wide selection of starters and main meals with a set menu at a reasonable £13.50 for 3 courses. The waitresses were very helpful and cut then served up our birthday cake which we had brought with us. We were surprised how... More

Me and my husband had our wedding at ferraris on 28/6/2014 and we cannot fault it. Suzy was a fantastic help from the moment I arrived the day before till the moment the evning was over. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the rooms (the ones we saw) had such an old school regal flair to them which all our guests... More

We have just returned from a faultless Sunday lunch to celebrate Father's Day. What a beautiful location the hotel is set in, this is only matched by the gorgeous hotel. The welcome and service was outstanding. It was a lovely atmosphere friendly and warm. Our meals were without doubt faultless! the quality was top notch, we had plenty of choice... More

I'm not really sure where to begin. The gardens are nice. My favourite part about Ferrari's is the lady who owns it. She has the personality of a verruca, very rude and has poor social skills never mind customer service skills. Pretty furniture in the rooms, shame they're a bit dirty and the drawers had a nice half chewed busciut... More

Went for lunch with a party of 20 the choice of menu was quite extensive and the food was outstanding . Family room business with a real, personal touch . The lamb rib starter is unique and very tasty , the roast beef was excellent and the sticky toffee pudding scrumptious . The gardens are magnificent can't wait to go back
