I stayed here for one night following a night out in Preston. The hotel is in a great location, close to the town centre. It's around a fiver for a taxi into town. I had the displeasure to experience a shambolic booking system - asked to stay three nights and they only booked for two nights. I'm five months pregnant and was basically told that it was not their problem and as they needed the room me and my partner had to vacate it. They were extremely unsympathetic and would not accept any... more
please take this review off as it refers to the blackpool hotel not the preston claremont i was dismaid to see this on my review board please dont get the two claremonts mixed up as my hotel is totaly diferent to the blackpool one
we satyed at the claremont over bank holiday when we got there the room they gave us was disapointing very small and it smelt of cigarrettes but we mentioned this and they moved us to a bigger room which was great... the service was really good the bar is very nice and its in a good location the food was... more
