Very traditional looking hotel, met at reception and directed to room in annexe. Room immaculate clean and fresh. Bed really comfortable plenty of pillows and lovely bedding. Good shower and complimentary toiletries Breakfast was beautiful excellent choices and all local sourced Would defiantly recommend much better than corporate and chain hotels cheaper and a better product..

Just returned from a two night stay at the Park Hotel whilst catching up with family in Preston, certainly different to what I am used to when staying away but in a nice way. Lovely old building very friendly staff and although decor looks dated room was spotless. First night dined in the hotel lovely 2 course meal reasonably priced.... More

Good location for walks in Lancashire. Excellent breakfast and nice and friendly staff. The hotel is very English, Fawlty Towers-looking. A bit worn, but clean. Though I would have appreciated to have schampoo and towel-replacements without having to ask for it.

We had booked three rooms in the annexe, prior to my daughters wedding, and we could not have been made more welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. They were well equipped with ironing boards and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The original house part of the hotel was elegant and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent as was the... More

It was like stepping back to the 1970's the Hotel has the feel and smell of a church with a lot of what looked like the original wood decoration. On arrival we had to ring and wait for the staff to greet us and on returning in the evening the bar was closed ( the told us to ring if... More

We stayed here for just one night while visiting for our daughter's graduation but it is one of those hotels that we wished we had stayed for longer. The hotel was very clean and besides the entrance very modern inside. The entrance maintains many of the original features. We were upgraded to a superior room that was spacious, comfy and... More

We were lucky to find this place. It was reasonable, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was in the annex and was cosy and quiet. Lancashire breakfast delicious. Would recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in Preston.

I stopped here for business as it was close by to where I needed to be. I am very glad I did, I was warmly welcomed and offered help should I have required it. The room was clean, comfy and quiet and had everything you would require. There was ample parking and the hotels prices were very reasonable. Unfortunately I... More

For the last few years I have made an annual stay at the Park of a week to ten days. I enjoy each visit as the staff are warm and helpful, the room is clean, comfortable and well looked after and the breakfasts are always good. The only change I would wish for is that the dinner menu changed as... More

The hotel looks a bit 'Fawlty Towers' when you walk up to it. The staff are friendly and the food is ok. Radiators were on still so room was hot at night. Hairs found in the shower. Not nice. Would return though if on business trip again as it is in a good location to Preston city centre.
