I can only endorse what others have already written, and the real delight is the superb but unobtrusive hospitality provided by Yvonne and Phil. If I am going to be critical of anything it would be the supplementary charge for WiFi access: especially given that they go out of their way in so many other ways. Why the supplement? more

Excellent little B+B, 5 Minutes drive away from the NEC with complimentary taxi! Huge breakfast in a gorgeous conservatory, very relaxing! Gorgeous newly decorated rooms in private little chelets (not in main house) so a little more privacy! Owners are extremely friendly but not suffocating like some B+Bs can be. Will definately stay again and would recommend to anyone! more
