Easy location for the NEC, room clean and bathroom fresh etc. Staff were great as in title makes a difference from the usual bland uninterested staff encountered at big city hotels. would use again when next attending the NEC. Restaurant a good price for a budget meal but dont expect fine dinning.

Good nights sleep,easy parking facilities,cheap food and drink that was good value for money and clean hotel room and bathroom.very helpful staff day or night,we arrived at 1 in morning due to a traffic delay and it wasn't a problem.lots tv channels and nice tea and coffee in room to keep you going.
