We stayed here after a double booking fiasco at another nearby hotel (Hogarths). The Greswolde is in a great location - very attractive, clean & modern rooms - cut above most standard hotel rooms. Just arrived back home after a 2 night stay on business. Arrived late evenng and staff seemed pleasant enough when i checked in. No lift so had to carry case, bag and laptop case upstairs without assistance-hotel not suitable for disabled people at all!
