Recently stayed at the Ramada, Solihull (May 2013). Super central location, car parking free with booking (usually £6.00 or £9.00 overnight). Excellent breakfast choice. It was a bit of a maze to get to reception from the street, and staff were not very helpful in helping you find it. receptionists seemed a bit stand-offish and definitely not up to the standard to customer service I'm used to. Stayed at this hotel on business. The room was clean and comfortable, tv, fridge, iron, trouser press. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only had breakfast which was nice enough. Hotel has good parking and is ideally located for Birmingham, Coventry or the Airport. I would stay here again

Having seen the photos on line when we turned into the car park i thought we were in the wrong place. THE HOTEL IS A MAZE ,IT TOOK US NEARY 10MINS TO ACTUALLY FIND OUR ROOM. Booked the hotel for the 21st of April after our return from holiday. Before making the booking we contacted the hotel to check if there was 24 hour check in as we would be arriving around 1am. One of our staff members had been taken ill which left the reception area unmanned for a short period of time, I assure you this will not happen again.
