I have stayed at the hotel many times in the past, the thing that puts it apart from other hotels is the staff, they are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service is good and the food the same. more

We stayed at this hotel on 11/04/09 for two nights. We were pleased with the service at the checkout....very helpful! The room was pleasantly spacious with a choice of pillows and very clean. Stayed again at the Holiday Inn, Solihull. good location for going out on a Friday night, standard room (Rm 212) was more than adequate for our needs.
