We recently returned from a very pleasant two night stay at Puckrup Hall. We used our HIlton Honors points for this stay. On arrival, we were greeted with a friendly smile, and in no time at all we had our room. We were given a room on the first floor, with a small balcony (something we did not expect) over... more

Booked this hotel in the January half-price sale - excellent value. Enjoyed using the spa and, despite our concern at other reviews, we had a lovely meal in the restaurant. They were selling vouchers for £18 in reception to exchange for a 3 course meal - so no dearer than many restaurants. We had the fish and it was delicious... more

Stayed here for 4 nights. Good location for touring local countryside. Room and hotel generally good. Leisure facilities excellent. As mentioned previously drinks are expensive, very few bottles of wine under £20 which I think is excessive. Food at breakfast good with plenty of choice and chef prepared to cook extras. Dinner can be variable, full choice not always available... more

I stayed here for 1 night while attending a training course. Check in was quick and efficient, and I was pleased to find that my room was ready, even though I arrived at 11.30 am and check out time wasn't until 12.00. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was one which is geared up for disabled visitors so... more

We recently stopped for a one night stay at Puckrup Hall to help break up the drive from Scotland to our final destination further south as it was convenient for the motorway but quietly situated with good facilities. We found the hotel to be very good value for money and enjoyed our stay. We had both dinner and breakfast at... more

This is one of Hiltons best Hotels ,mainly because of location. The hotel has had some refurbishment lately in bedrooms and public areas. The rooms are functional and clean at standard price level. My reservation request was already in the room so that put the stay off to a good start. The menu in the restaurant when we stayed was... more

Stayed for 2 nights in Puckrup Hall on a Hilton half price deal (bed & breakfast). Check in was smooth and friendly and our room was on the first floor. Nice-ish view of some small gardens behind the hotel. The room was spacious but for some reason was very hot in the evening, but a large fan was in the... more

We stayed for one night with friends, and had a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast deal for £119, which was fantastic value. The hotel was great - the staff were friendly and helpful, the dinner was superb, the breakfast hot and plentiful. Rooms were spacious and comfy, and we had complimentary baskets of fruit, chocolates, water and wine. The Health Club... more

My wife and I and around 16 friend s stayed here for my 50th birthday weekend. We went to Cheltenham races and dined there on Satruday dining at a nearby pub, the Fleet Inn, on Friday. The lead up to the event was well handled by Ben Taylor at the hotel with some reasonably complex arrangements and changes well handled.... more
