stayed 5 nights in this hotel and all in all had a nice experience front desk staff were excellent vey charming and helpful room was really nice .clean and comfy ,bed was just right ,slept well .never heard any noises from outside or from any other guests. breakfast at the pub next door was excellent both in value and quality... You are usually confident of what to expect with Premier Inn and Walsall didn't disappoint. Friendly receptionist, usual standard of room with a comfy bed and very clean. Surprisingly not right next to the motorway as I thought, you couldn't hear any of the traffic. There is more than enough room in the carpark and an additional carpark for the restaurant. “Lovely clean, friendly and welcoming hotel”

This hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were lovely, friendly and could not have been more helpful. My father who is disabled was accommodated for very well. Very comfy beds and nice and quiet. Pub/restaurant next door also was excellent in every way.

Really nice. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Would stay there again :)

Stayed here for one night,when i arrived was informed that the hot water was off.and would be for about half a hour,not really what was needed after a long journey to get there.
