We had our marriage ceremony solemnised in this hotel. We had the Warwick Suite with the access from the garden. We had 35 visitors and the hotel's reception was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had a night inclusive in our wedding package in the bridal suite.

If a mouldy shower, unidentifiable stains on the wall, paper peeling from the ceiling & a dirty edged carpet is your thing then this is the place for you. As an added bonus every floor board will creak & every toilet will whistle so you can be woken multiple times in the night safe in the knowledge that the other... More

Have stayed here twice before - the last time being about 18 months ago. It was ok then. We'd booked to stay two nights but if we could've found somewhere else we'd have left. First night spent in a tiny room which had the air conditioning unit housed in the roof above - absolutely no sleep! It was like being... More

No central heating no window no shower only bath and taps did not work. No room to relocate to and over charged for wine which basically buy two bottles for £10 and we were charged £4.20 per glass rip off or what!

Received a wedding invitation, with the reception etc being at this hotel, booked the family room without doing any research into the hotel, oops! Let's just say I wouldn't do that again! To be fair the downstairs venues where the reception was held was OK, however our room was without a doubt disgusting - there was rubbish down the back... More

£49 double room. Squeaky bed!! You get my point!!! Nice from outside.. tiny rooms.. Room was cold. Not a bad stay.. Rather stay here than metro hotel..close to M6 Jun 9. Also Jun 7 M6. Very close to Walsall Town Centre.

Stayed here for 1 night! Wallpaper coming off the ceiling, dirty light fittings, dirty walls, coffee making facilities glued to the wall, holes in the wall and dirty, stained carpets! Never again! Staff didn't know how to make an Amaretto and Coke!!!!
