We stayed 3 nights on a coach tour to Alton Towers, which was over an hours drive away, not the hotel's fault. Our room on the 1st floor was clean and very spacious, a king bed and single bed for me and my child. We enjoyed the breakfast, very fresh and good choice buffet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was like an oven 24/7, the windows in the bedroom only opened slightly not letting any air circulate and this made it diffucult to sleep at night. The rooms were needing a good clean everything needed a good wash or to be replaced. No sky Tv in rooms just 6 channels... more

Awful, awful, awful - don't stay here! This hotel looks NOTHING like the brochure. Horrible location and decor. Not clean! We arrived BEFORE a coach party, but the receptionist insisted on checking them in before us - even though we told her we were in a hurry to get to a wedding.
