We stayed here for one night and we weren't disappointed. On arrival, we were given a friendly welcome and after checking in, were shown to our lovely room which was in an annexe just across from the main building. We felt as though we were in our own little castle. Everything has been beautifully refurbished to a very high standard.... More

Had a great New years Eve night, good entertainment, excellent hot buffet and helpful staff. This hotel is one of a kind and well worth a visit. Sitting at the bottom of church hill it's within walking distance of Walsall town centre, Arboretum, shops and restaurants.

I recently retired from BT and organised a party using one of the hotel's function rooms. I was delighted by the friendly and efficient service provided by the hotel staff. There was a good selection of real ales on offer and the buffet was excellent quality. I had good feedback from my guests who had a great time. I thoroughly... More

Stayed one night, having possibly the most unusual hotel bedroom I have known! I understand the room used to be the office of a man who owned or was the director of a business that was formerly run from this building. The room had windows to two sides, an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, and a range of dark wood... More

Got a lovely warm welcome when I arrived and was shown to my room in the annex which was a character room with wood beams and stone walls (I am not really doing it justice with my description). The bar at the hotel is also busy with locals as well as hotel guests and the beer was divine. I would... More

I stayed here for 8 weeks while on business and I could not of asked to be put in a better hotel! The place is warm and welcoming and great atmosphere. The pub downstairs is cheap and always busy. The rooms are big and spacious, have all that you need and the beds are very comfy. The staff are amazing... More

A friendly atmosphere and an extensive range of good quality Cask Conditioned Ales available. Customers are always made very welcome at this In town pub/hotel. Good value and good quality home cooked food available. Live music on a Saturday night and occasionally some nights during the week.

Lyndon House Hotel, originally built in 1859, has had many incarnations, beginning life as a leather factory then a manufactory of electrical appliances and lastly as a Salvation Army Hostel. Now a fine hotel. The main bar is in an old ale house operating since 1700. Lyndon House offers a warm Reception, spacious comfortable rooms. A full English breakfast is available... More

Conveniently located in the town centre but parking is a bit of an issue. The hotel has 32 rooms but only 9 parking spaces of it's own which are accessed via a steep driveway between the main hotel building and the annexe. Public parking is available nearby. It's an historic building decorated and furnished in old traditional style with dark... More
