Stayed for one night. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who obliged with more towels, pillows plus tea/milk. Well designed and appointed room (little tired) but the bed was very poor (a rather unfirm mattress in a bed frame) particular in comparison to competing brands (Premier Inn, Travelodge and Ibis). This really let's down the experience. Ask for a high floor... More

Was a real let down as wasn't a cheap stay.. and when asking for extra pillows being told there were none. If that's the case, clean the ones in the room wouldn't need to change them then. Staff very rude at times, left standing around ages whilst gossip about there friends. And freezing cold room due to poor closure on... More

We checked in for an overnight stay. The reception staff didn't even show any interest. We were 'addressed' (Not welcomed!) with a "how can I help?". Check out the following day was equally dull and pathetic.. Not even a response to a new year wish! Broken shower, cheap looking basic room. A touch of luxury was the DOVE body wash... More

Stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson on a National Holiday to see the Cinderella the Worlds Biggest Pantomime at Birmingham and Cadbury's World. The Hotel is an upmarket Premier Inn with very comfortable room's and beds with a choice of pillows, while the bathroom is a first rate wet room with a Great Shower. However the Clothes Hanging Facility... More

On arrival the room seemed quite small. When it came to eating a meal downstairs, we noticed it was quite, the waitress stated that she really didnt want to be there as its Christmas eve, (charming love, thanks alot, that makes us feel really welcome). We then decided just to order cappuccinos and dessert, it took the lady nearly 15... More

Overall an acceptable for a one night stay; the room was clean however needed a little TLC The curtains had a big rip in them so needed replacing; the towel hooks were hanging off the wall so needed replacing The loft also made a funny creaking noise like the floor was about to cave in which was a little unsettling... My partner and I stayed here recently for one night and we ate an evening meal in the restaurant. Because we came on public transport, we can't say anything about the car parking. Radisson's Park Inn chain is their attempt to bring Radisson quality to the budget end of the hotel market. Did it work? Well... Plus points * We... More

I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times now during business trips and can always rely on a comfortable break. Staff and facilities are great including the use of a small gym beside the entrance. All the rooms I've been in are of a good standard and are comfortable. I've also hired a meeting room and again the attention... More

Stayed overnight as part of a package to go to the Birmingham Tattoo and although the food was good both for the late lunch and breakfast I thought there should have been more serving staff for the lunch as we had to leave for Birmingham by a certian time. As for the room it was clean and the bed comfortable.... More

Stayed in the Park Inn as part of a 2 day visit to Birmingham's German Market and a visit to Ironbridge/Blists Hill through NewmarketvHolidays. The Inn is not in the most salubrious surroundings - it overlooks the M6, a football stadium and what appears to be an industrial estate. However, the hotel was warm and welcoming. We were allocated a... More
