The reason I say 'almost' perfect is due to the fact that this particular hotel doesn't have air-con whereas other premier inn's I've stayed in have. We stayed during the really hot weather so aircon would have been appreciated. However, the great staff, their understanding of the situation and genuine sympathy they showed for us in the heat meant we... more

An absolutley fantastic hotel. The staff are excellant and show a real enthusiasm. We wanted a sheet for our bed instead of a duvet as we were staying during the mini heat-wave and the receptionist was at our door with it in about 3 mins. The staff have a great local knowledge and no request is too much for them.... more

I needed to attend a course at the Croxley Business Park and my company booked this hotel for me for 3 nights. The room I have given was very comfortable and had all the mod cons that you would like for a hotel stay. It is located within walking distance from the Croxley Business Park (10-15 mins walk) post the... more

Good location right next to Croxley Green Business Park, where i was going on business. The hotel itself is a rather stark building, the reception area is not the most welcoming, however the staff were very good. Check in was a bit haphazard (they lost the fax confirmation). Apart from that, I could not fault the staff, especially Riina on... more

I stayed here whilst travelling to Watford on business. The location is great for the Croxley Green business park, easily within walking distance. The rooms are fairly compact but do include everything you need. The bathroom was clean with a good size bath. Reception were very friendly and eager to please. more

We recently travelled to Wembley to watch a football match. We chose this hotel as we usually use Premier Inns and have never been disappointed to date. This was no exception. It was excellent. The only downside (and I say that lightly) is the tube station closest to the hotel at Croxley Green was closed at the weekend for line... more

We stayed for 3 nights recently as we had a family wedding to attend. We are a family of 4 and we stayed in a family room. We found the rooms to be recently decorated, clean and comfortable. Lots of free parking, and great breakfasts (although breakfast finishes at 9am on weekdays which was a little early for us after... more

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and found it very good. The rooms were spotlessly clean and all the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfasts are superb and the bar prices are reasonable. It is ideally situated for the tube station making travel into London very easy. The car park is a good size and free. I really cannot... more

booked into the hotel for Hull City Play Off's From the being the service was outstanding. All staff very helpful, rooms very clean & tidy. Breakfast of a very good standard, what i also liked about the breaksfast was the choice of a healthy version. if i am in the watford area again, this hotel would be my first choice. more

While we stayed at the Premier Inn at Croxley Green, our son John decided to join us for dinner. He walked into the hotel, but couldn’t see us in the dining room. So he went up to the reception desk and asked to go up to our room. He told the reception our names and surnames, and was given a... more
