I stayed here for two nights on a business trip for the second time. Staff seem to be attentive especially in the dining room where we had breakfast where the service is commendable. The rooms are nicely decorated and the standard of equipment is good however the place is let down by the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. I... more

Mrs Woos brother lives in Watford and got married, so Mr Woo being the niceness of the brother in law treated the newly weds, mother in law and Mrs Woo to a celebration meal. We stayed at the Premier Inn. The hotel was fairly new, the checkin girl was very nice and I like, room was a good size, huge... more

I have stayed in a few hotels in watford now. Park inn (disaster) and travelodge (never again) to name a few. I came across this hotel last year and have never stayed anywhere else since each time i visit Watford. Unlike other hotels in the area it has a big, open carpark, very secure, very well lit and you can... more

Came back from India on Saturday, aravied at Gatwick, too late to get a train home. One hour on the Brighton to Watford train. Pick up Train at Watford next day. £4 Taxi ride from Watford Junction. Staff helpful and freindly. Insulation is the feature of this Hotel. Next to railway, and main roads, every room has a loud TV.... more

Very nice and clean room and friendly staff. The standard continental breakfast was very good for the price. But is was not worth paying the the extra $2.5 pounds for scrambled eggs. The WiFi connection was excellent but expensive. You pay for it online using your credit card. Luckily, I had a GoBoingo account and software already installed on my... more

Stayed here with my family over the bank holiday weekend. Nice clean hotel, good all you can eat breakfast, but lacked some of the veggie options. Staff were pleasant and polite. 20 minute walk to Watford Junction to catch train into London - or about £4.50 in a taxi. Beware, returning from London at 10.30 at night, very pleasant taxi... more

Me and my boyfriend regularly stay at the premier travel inn hotel and i personally find it great value for money. The staff (9 times out of 10) are very helpful and friendly and usually quite informative too. The bar area is a good place to go for a drink and something to eat, there is also television to watch.... more

I think we all know what to expect with these hotels. The staff were friendly, the barman was great because we ordered some food and he rang the room when it was ready. It saved me hanging around in the bar area. Quite reasonable and tasty pizza. The room had a large bed, tea making facilities. The hotel was virtually... more
