You need to know train times and allow about an hour to get to Euston if you are using this Premier Inn for a London trip. However, the overall tone and manner of the staff behaviour was excellent. Much more open, friendly, positive and helpful than in many very much more expensive places we have stayed. Rooms are warm (it... More

We stayed here over new year and took the opportunity to get a cheap deal and travel into london. The hotel is what you would expect from premier inn, no frills, reasonably priced but clean and tidy. We travelled into london every day and it was a bit of a hassle, your about and hour from central london, door to... More

Stayed on second floor for three nights in January 2012. Very good location for what I needed with comfortable room, but was woken up early by other guests moving about on extremely creaky floor boards in adjacent rooms (floor above I think). I was aware of same noise in the evening too. Not the staff's fault I know, but someone... More

This hotel is perfect, stayed for 1 night - £29.00, brillant room, large bed, clean family room. Breakfast, excellent great choice. Staff very professional. Would highly recommend this hotel, brillant location. The waitress in the breakfast room on Sunday 8th January (Polish, not sure?) gave excellent service and how nice to see our European neighbours working professionally in our hotel... More

£67 for 3 nights in a clean, well equipped, roomy room with decent bathroom! An absolute bargain! Always look out for special offers/promotions. Even without these, hotel is good value. Ample free car parking. Well located for central Watford and also easy by car for NW London (particularly via M1 and A41) in 10-20 minutes (depending on exact destination) makes... More

I'm a regular visitor here, but not for next summer - rooms extremely hot, much hotter than outside even, impossible to sleep at 25 degrees! Poor building design for warm weather. Even the rooms on lower floors are far too hot. Smell of drains on top floor, baths don't drain properly. Have to sleep on top floor due to being... More

The room was far too hot, uncomfortably so. I know it was August but this was ridiculous, just a fan. We couldn't sleep. The breakfast wasn't great, overcooked and given vegitarian sausages which were awful. we did complain but they just didn't care. Usually breakfasts are the best thing when staying here but it made us feel sick! More

This hotel is located right near all the shops and restaurants. It is very easy to find and has loads of parking. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean and modern. Our family room was huge, clean and had everything we needed. The adjoining restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. I would thoroughly recommend this... More

We had to move to this hotel after having issues with our previous hotel and wow what an improvement. The car park is open and accessible and has plenty of space to move. The main recption was easy and flat to get to, the only issues was the reception desk is to high. They have a security door which you... More
