The shower didn't work properly and internet was extremely slow and oftentimes did not even work. There were very limited choices in morning breakfast. I could also hear everything that was happening in next room. For £74 a night I expected more.

10 minutes walk to Watford Junction Tube Station. 1 hour journey into central London. Hotel was great, 2 adults & 2 teenagers in a junior suite, plenty of room. Bathroom could do with an upgrade though, shower wasn't at all powerful. Apart from that, breakfast was great and staff at reception were very helpful. Wetherspoons in Watford town centre, 10... This hotel is situated within a few minutes walking distance to the centre of Watford. We walked into town for dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning (starting at £11-odd for a continental breakfast, we preferred to eat elsewhere). I work in a hotel myself, so I have high expectations of service, cleanliness and general hotel experiences. The... More

There aren't many hotels to choose from in Watford. This hotel is average and there are no frills about it. It was somewhat expensive for what you get. I generally stay in hostels and cheap hotels, so my expectations arent high but a good bed is a MUST in a hotel, no matter what. I opted first for the cheaper,... More

Stayed one night at this hotel to make it easy to get into London the next morning! The rooms are spacious and clean although the shower head was not working at first. The breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel did its job and the staff were friendly and helpful! Will I stay again probably!

The White House Hotel was near enough to where I was taking a course. Parking is very limited, however, I managed to get a spot because I arrived right as everyone else was leaving. The hotel was clean, and the stff were pleasant. Shops, mall, restaurants, pubs all within walking distance.

Great staff. Extremely close to town centre night life. But a quite and peaceful night sleep. Very comfy bed. Very clean. Great price. Highly recommended. Free secure parking. 200 character minimum, what else do you need to know, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

Employees could be a bit more welcoming, friendly and helpful. I had booked a suite for my wife, daughter and I. We arrived late and when we got to our room, there was no bed in the room for my daughter. The room was extremely small for a 'suite'. On querying this with the staff member who checked us in,...
