Stayed one night at this hotel as part of our London theatre break. my room, [single] was clean, but the duvet wafer-thin, and pillow poor. Bathroom was immaculate. Our welcome on arrival was good and we were pleased parking was free, all we had to do was register the car number. Our room was fine and clean, though the bathroom fan was noisy. Breakfast was disappointing as it was a buffet and lots of it was cold - perhaps the hot trays weren't working! More
