Small but very clean rooms, great ensuite shower. Stayed here for 4 nights and could not fault it. Room was small but clean and comfortable with twin beds and a roomy ensuite. Breakfast was good and plentiful. A 5 minute drive at most to Bluewater shopping centre with lots of great places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great B & B if you need somewhere to stay close to Blue Water Shopping Centre or just off the M25 near London. It takes a couple of minutes to get there once you've left the M25. Very clean, simple furnishing, welcoming hosts and great breakfast. Good value for money.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night while we were visiting family in London. The room was comfy and spacious and the breakfast in the morning set us up for the day. We live just north of birmingham and found the cottage ideally situated to get into london and great for the motorway network. We will stay next... More

I stopped here for 1 night as work booked it for me. A nice little B&B. Rooms are a good size with a modern shower room. Nice comfy beds. John went out of his way to help me get parked up on his drive, a good English Breakfast was served in the morning with plenty of tea and coffee. If... More

I would like to say that I have seen many B&B's, but not many like this. It is very nice and clean, breakfast was also excellent. Internet connection perfect. Staff are very very helpful. I could definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for good value for money. Well done! Peter

Booked well in advance, asked whether it would be a problem if I would arrive between 23.00 and 23.30, as I was coming from Holland ( I am Dutch) - this would be no problem at all. My mobile telephone number was taken just in case. After a long drive I finally arrived, very tired, I was told that "unfortunately... More

Make sure you get a written response confirming your booking. Despite two emails and a telephone call we arrived exhausted to find the owner hadn't reserved our room. Pathetic! At least he rang around and found us another place but it was too far away from where we needed to be. My sense was of an owner who really didn't... More
