Idea for visiting Maidstone. We were off to brands hatch and is only 30 mins away. Called 3 days before arrival to say there was a plumbing problem with our room but really wasn't an issue. Very clean and tidy. Lovely rooms. Very welcoming...fab breakfast! Would definitely recommend and will be back.

I had check previous reviews and the B & B looked very promising as we were spending a few days exploring Kent. The room was on the top floor overlooking the front car-park although I believe the rooms on the lower floor look towards the rear garden. The room and bathroom were spotless, and in fact I thought perhaps we... More

Our friend found this guest house and we were very pleased she did. We wanted a place central for our weekend away and this fitted the bill perfectly. The place is spotlessly clean and the breakfast delicious with a huge selection to choose from. Paul and Nicola tend to your every need I recommend you visit.

This is a very clean B&B with as good a breakfast as you would get in a 4 star hotel. The owner is helpful, our room was not large but it was big enough. The bathroom was spotless. If you don't like traffic noise, ask for a room at the back, as the front is near the main road. There... More

On my second visit this year I was delighted that the exceptionally high standard achieved by Paul and Nicola was as good as I had anticipated. On this occasion I was located in room 4 which also overlooked the lovely garden which is maintained by Nicola. I intended to spend a couple of days in London and Paul was good... More

I tend to use one of the Premier Inns around central Maidstone (both very good) but on this occasion they were looking quite pricey and I saw Aylesbuy House on Trip Advisor. This is a beautiful guest house and as many have noted it is not hugely spacious however I think it more than makes up for this in the... More

Convenient location within walking distance of the town centre. No where to put a suitcase. Would be ok if you want somewhere just to sleep but room too small otherwise. Good breakfast. Professional management.

We stayed at Aylesbury House for one night on a driving tour of the South East. Simply put, it was fantastic. The room was wonderful--very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean (as was the en suite bathroom). My wife--who is very particular about cleanliness in hotels and B&Bs--was in amazement. As she put it, it went beyond simply being clean, to... More

Recently stayed at this B&B whilst attending a function in Maidstone. We consider this to have been a really fantastic find. Friendly greeting from owner on arrival and personally shown to room. Provided with our own front door key to enable us to come and go as we wished. No problem with parking in the front car park, just advised... More

Fantastic individual hotel which has to be the cleanest I have ever stayed in. A 5-10 minute walk from Maidstone town centre it has a pub serving food two doors down and and Indian restaurant a few paces after that. The breakfast was extremly fresh, red berries with organic yoghurt, cerial and I had scrambled egg and real field mushrooms... More
