Very small bedroom, comfortable bed, limited hot water evening and morning. Continental breakfast basic and £5 extra if you want an English breakfast. Price at £60 per night is high for what is offered. more

We stayed at Detling Coachouse on Saturday night (May 30th). We visited Leeds Castle (fabulous) during the day and wanted to make a night of it too. The Coachhouse is wonderful, it's ideally located, close to Leeds Castle. Emma also helped us with tickets to the castle which saved us a few pounds. The room was clean and ideal for... more

A very good B&B, that is ideally located for business or leisure in Maidstone and the surrounding area. The owner is extremely welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and clean with good facilities in the room. The breakfast selection is also good and i thoroughly recommend the extra small sum of £5.00 for the cooked breakfast, which was fantastic. I must... more

Stayed at this very peaceful and enchanting B&B for the weekend just to get away from our usual busy city lives. Was exactly what we hope for. A Beautiful setting, clean and inviting double bed with ensuite shower, and kind, welcoming hospitable family run owners. The full English Breakdast also gave us a great start for the day before we... more

We booked the coach house as a last minute reservation and enjoyed our stay there so much that we've returned 4 more times. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean and fresh and come equiped with fresh towels, a tv and freeview box, kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits there is also an additional water jug with filter. We have... more

We stayed here for 4 nights as a base for a touring break in Kent. Having read the rave reviews on TA we were disappointed to find a fairly average family-run B&B rather than a top quality hotel. On the plus side, the location is excellent, our room was clean and the bed comfortable, and our hosts couldn't have been... more

Before opening we did a lot of research into what our future guests and the tourist board thought they would like from their stay, most people came back and said a large, comfortable bed for a better nights sleep, cosy surroundings and a friendly atmosphere. With this information and a set of guidelines from the tourist board we tried to...

I was really looking forward to staying here as the website made it look dreamy. We first of all found it difficult to find as Scragged Oak Road is bisected from the village by a main dual carriageway. The building and gardens are beautiful but I find it difficult to believe that we could be charged £70 for a double... more

After having usually received positive reviews we were very disappointed with the negative one’s especially as it happened when we were on our family holiday and had a relief manager staying who obviously did not keep our standards at a high level, for this I can only apologise and assure future guests that this is not the norm. We try...
