Been here a few times. Reasonable price with breakfast included. Relaxing environment with a beautiful garden. The owners Pan & Emma are very friendly & helpful, always make me feel like home. The room is cosy and clean with the comfy bed. Excellent breakfast cooked by Emma. Well recommended.

A small room but excellent, host made us a cup of tea when we arrived. Reasonable pricing including a free breakfast. Very warm room with a very good bed. If you are going to visit Leeds Castle then this would be an ideal accommodation for you. Highly recommended.

Family run B&B. I had a single room which still had a TV, a wardrobe, a decent sized bathroom with shower and amenities. Tea and coffee with kettle and biscuit in room, but was greeted with an offer of a warm drink when i arrived. Really comfortable bed, slept really well. Quiet surroundings. Short walk to Detling showground. Good breakfast(apart... More

My mum and I stayed for one night, the twin room was tiny but the beds comfy. At breakfast you make your own hot drinks and toast . There were no vegetarian option and no mushrooms. The gardens make the location very pretty and the price is very reasonable. The owners need to say the rooms are very small instead of... More

We are sorry you are not happy with our response to your email and you obviously wanted more than a response! You said in your email that you received a great welcome, great night sleep and breakfast was well prepared but if you don't tell us you are vegetarian, how are we meant to know? We do have a small... More

I stayed here alone overnight on a business trip. I received a warm welcome. The room was clean and cosy, the bed was comfortable and warm, the shower was clean and powerful and the breakfast was delicious. Glad I chose this place. Must not forget the beautiful gardens.

A very clean and tidy place to stay, I had a very cosy upstairs room, with a great shower. On arrival I received a warm welcome from the host, everything was explained about breakfast, times what to do etc. I was then shown to my room again all explained. Last stop in England before taking the ferry back. Good location, quiet, clean. Good breakfast. Free wifi. Enough parking space. Friendly atmosphere. There is a nice garden with sitting area and a pond. Don't take the advice of dining at the cock horse inn, that's really bad.

Nice place for a short stay. Good value, quiet yet close to main road, good breakfast. Our bedroom was small but adequate for short stay. En suite bathroom, plumbing needs attention. Tea/ coffee facilities in room. No evening meal available but pub food not far away. Off road parking, free wifi.
