Stayed for a quick overnighter on my way North from Dover. Nice friendly place right on the river. Looks like a lovely place for a pint out the back of The Malta Inn next door, sat next to the river. Plenty of parking, even for my lwb VwT4 My room was clean and quiet, exactly what I needed after a... More

Situated on the banks of the river Medway just off the M20 this hotel offers a fantastic location for a short stay/break. Modern room, friendly staff it ticks all the boxes for what you would expect from a Premier Inn. The only downside is the attached Beefeater Restaurant, The Malta Inn. It is severely under staffed and the queue times... More

Hotel was lovely, would stay again although it was a bit pricey. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast again. Too expensive and the quality was not good. The hot breakfast is not buffet, you have to order it from the waitress. I like to look before I order. Coffee was terrible. It was hot brown stuff in a jug.

This is arguably the most value for money hotel I've ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, I love taking a stroll down the banks of the canal. The breakfast was also very good aswell, the beefeater rarely disappoints. All in all for what you pay for, you genuinely couldn't ask for much more. If you want supreme luxury then... More

Location is good away from traffic. Rooms have had an update complete with new beds, duvets etc. received a warm welcome. My only problem was inconsiderate people leaving vehicles running directly out side bedroom windows(which offer no ventilation). Of course you also get the pleasure of listening to people's mundane telephone conversations. So I would at least request a first... More

Lovely location very pretty only spoilt by the noisy delivery lorry unloading with refrigeration running for over two hours !! This woke us both up. Such a shame as this is a great base to explore the beautiful attractions in Kent

Excellent stay, good facilities and really good location next to the river. Good sized family room.Beefeater pub next door is very large , food is average pub grub. Breakfast worked out good value as kids ate free.

Hotel very good lovely setting and friendly staff car park can be very crowded as shares with beefeater. Breakfast is at beefeater very hit and miss first day nearly an hour wait next day a lot faster but by third day was slipping again. Bedrooms very hot in warm weather and if at back of hotel rooms quite dark because... More
