We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 children under 5). Room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. It was what we have to come to expect of Premier Inn in general. Breakfast was great. Dinner on the other hand was awful. Food, when it finally arrived, was barely warm. Looked and tasted like a low end microwave... More

Stayed here for one night as we were going to a party nearby. Friendly receptionist organised taxis for us and we nipped to the Brewers Fayre right next door for a meal and drink. For £40 per night this hotel was excellent value, just off the M20. The room was very clean and so were the communal areas.

My husband and I stayed here for a family wedding nearby. We got quite a good advance rate of £45 and for that price we weren't expecting luxury. However for what it is, this hotel is excellent. The decor is tidy and clean throughout. The room including bathroom was exceptionally clean. The bed is comfy and the tea and coffee... More

Good service all round and good location - excellent soundproofing from busy motorway junction - however the layout and decor dates from the 1980's and it's time it was modernised. Continental breakfast excellent - evening meal adequate.

We stayed here a few years ago and the hotel is consistently good as all the Premier Inns I have stayed in. Friendly, helpful staff arranged taxis, extra tea and coffee for the room . Pub grub ok next door and the breakfast had something for everyone. Good location, near to the motorway and near to West Malling where we... More

The hotel was very good value for money and was very conveniently located. The receptionist on arrival was extremely courteous and made us feel very welcome. Our room didn't have any decaf coffee in but the receptionist was more than happy to get us some. There was generally a friendly atmosphere and our 2 night stay was very comfortable.

We've stayed in this hotel as a family a number of times - mainly because of its easy access to the Channel Tunnel, Leeds Castle, and Blue Water Shopping Centre.. It is also a good potential base for sightseeing in London. The hotel is 5 minutes drive from West Malling Train Station where the daily parking charge at the weekend... More

Although room was as expected our stay was spoilt by a number of things. 1), Temperature of bath / shower water too low throughout our stay 2). Attention to detail and scrooge mentality to in-room tea/coffee-making facilities. 3. Cooked breakfast items not fresh or hot

Just returned from a Thursday night booked at short notice. Pleased that this is an 'old style' PI which means that you have a window which opens and plenty of shelf space. Our ground floor twin room was clean, comfortable and just the right temperature. There were plenty of clean, fluffy towels and there was little noise from other guests.... More

We were visiting family on Boxing Day. A few weeks before I got an email regarding special offer rates so decided to book so that no one had to be the designated driver for the evening. Booked 3 rooms and all were excellent.
