A warm welcome, easy to find and a very comfortable bed. The staff even provided local information which wasn't readily available. It's location makes a great central base for Kent.

Orginally, booked a assessible room 1 - however on arrive, found the bed to be too low and a bath with over head shower. Always a consistent room standard, clean and usually spacious. FINALLY provided 30 mins of free Wi-Fi, long overdue, even if very short (Adding time at extortionate rates) Always has very dim lighting, very romantic but terrible for people who have to work in the room. Good value stay . Hotel was clean and comfortable . Family room was huge . Breakfast was good served in nearby restuaurants on same site , with vouchers so a choice is available . Would definately use them again .
