Stayed for one night and was really impressed with the hotel. We arrived early (11.30) and asked if we could deposit our luggage whilst we went sightseeing. Our room was already ready so we booked in straight away. The hotel is in a great location and was very busy all the time we were there. We didn't use the leisure... More

We recently stayed at this hotel after being invited to a wedding elsewhere in Maidstone. When my friend (brother of the bride) told me this is where they were staying, it was in the ballpark of £80/night. When we booked a few weeks before the wedding, it had rocketed to £140/night. I mentioned the wedding party, but they were unaware... More

After a long tiring journey we arrived at the hotel at about 8.30 in the evening, staying for a couple of nights whilst attending a family wedding. The greeting from the receptionist on arrival was less than friendly, we felt that everything was an effort and that we were causing an inconvenience by being there. The following evening we asked... We booked 3 nights midweek and got the best deal - £50 per night including breakfast for 2 people. Everything about our stay was great. Check in staff were friendly and helpful; housekeeping efficient; waiters in restaurant very attentive. The room was spacious and clean. Tea and coffee available, big screen TV, iron and ironing board, extra pillows. Basic toiletries.... More

Like a slightly posh Premier Inn, the welcome and service is efficient and friendly. My room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. Comfy bed and pillows, iron, hair dryer, trouser press etc. The only quibble would be the shower tap - you have to switch it on and off at the bath tap level, hence getting your hair... More

I booked this hotel for a three night stay on the dinner, bed and breakfast deal. Check in was quick and efficient, receptionist was friendly and answered by questions that I had easily. Our room was a standard double, but the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great, not hard or stiff at all. The TV in the... More

We stayed at this Village hotel for two nights, in a standard double room. Check in was smooth and efficient, despite checking in at nearly 10pm. There were clearly a few functions going on and the communal areas, including the pub and reception were very noisy, however we couldn't hear this noise in our room. At all times the staff... More

We stayed here whilst visiting Maidstone for a wedding. I felt a little duped when I arrived as when I booked it said this was a 4* hotel. To me it felt more like a travel lodge just slightly scruffier. The big difference being that there is a health club on site to which you have free access. I was... More
