So pleased with our trip. The room was large, clean and well equipt. Facilities including pool etc excellent. Only gripe was when they ran out of towels in pool area but that was soon resolved. Breakfast choice excellent. Located on busy road but we're not disturbed at all by road noise. Booked at £59 /night rate which was excellent. It... More

On check in our room as not ready so we were asked to wait about 20 minutes and the person on reception said they would come and find us when our room was ready. I told them we would be in the bar area. Forty five minutes later and no sign of the reception staff so my husband went to... More

This was our 3rd stay in this hotel, and we had a couple of issues with it. The staff are all helpful and polite, but since they have had a casual uniform it has seemed to of gone down hill. Last year the restaurant staff wore jeans and shirts, at least this year they have overalls on so you can... More

We checked in to the hotel only to be given a poor room. Hot and stuffy. Telephone did not work and the TV reception was not good. Luckily they changed our room. We went for diner, at the hotel. The waitress was very helpful, but it went down form there. The starters were spilled on the table, we also received... More

I travel quite a bit and return to Maidstone regularly as my family are here. I have tried different hotels in the area but tend to always try here first as previous stays have been OK. I got a good deal on the hotel via booking.com but I should have guessed it was too good. I was given a room... More

This hotel could be very good however many factors let it down, from the customer service to the rooms. Prior to my stay I had contacted the hotel regarding early check-in. I was advised that early check-in is from 12-noon and whilst this was not guaranteed a note would be left on my booking stating that I would be arriving... More

Staying here for business. Room pleasant, bathroom nice, staff all friendly and helpful. Gym and facilities are busy but good. Slight downside is the breakfast as it has been cold for the last few days I have eaten there, but other than that a pleasant stay.

Stayed here whilst visiting family. Cheaper than Travel lodge/Days Inn where I would usually stay and the price includes a great breakfast which consisted of cereal, fruit toast etc and hot buffet which was cooked nicely and regularly refreshed. As it was me and my daughter travelling we requested a twin bed room and were disappointed that we were given... More

We opted to stay at The Village as we wanted something more than a premier inn, but to be truthful the only difference between the village & the premier inn, which is few yards away is the fact you get breakfast in with the cost of the room, but when you weigh it up the cost of a premier inn... This hotel is just off the motorway. Hard to find with the satnav, it sent me to the Premier Inn instead but you need a lateral street a bit further down the main road )you see the sign from the main street when you come past it). Plenty of free parking space. Check in was friendly and quick. Room was... More
