Off the beaten track - absolutely fine if you have a car. Family room was huge - 2 single beds and a double. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Wonderful location close to all places we wanted to visit. Full of character and an ideal base for the spectacular old town of Lenham, the Pilgrims Way and Leeds Castle.
