I have just returned form the 1930's Glorious House party, our third visit to this event. From the moment we entered the castle gates to the moment we left, the staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. We were driven from the car park in a vintage open top vehicle, and met at the castle door by David and staff. Our... More

Beautiful castle, enormous grounds with maze, stunning grotto, bird of prey, black swans loads of ducks of all kinds, some we didn't know, miles and miles of walks, a golf course, glamping tents to hire. Breakfast was of an excellent quality, all of the fruit had never seen the inside of tin, every thing was freshly cut and prepared, breakfast... More

I booked last minute without any research as I was in a rush and simply thought it would be amazing! Due to a succession of unforeseen circumstances I did not arrive till after 11pm. We found the place staffed by a mere two security staff. I was booked in efficiently although in a rather impersonal manner. I was directed to... More

The arrangements re our 2 day stay could not have been managed better. Received a 'phone call the day before from Kelly to make sure that they had arranged exactly what we expected - very impressed. Our welcome was appreciated as was our accommodation which was faultless. I'm not sure if the restaurant is managed by the same company as... More

We booked a one night stay for a birthday. The room was spotless, with a huge super king bed and a huge bathroom. Despite quite cold temps the heating was good and the room had the typical coffee/tea making facilities and a TV with a built-in DVD player. We chose to meet family at a local tavern for dinner, instead... More

As others have commented the location is superb, we checked in and loved the room, nice and warm, huge comfy double bed, large bathroom with shower as well, all nice and clean. All was well until my wife tried to run a bath, half full and only Luke warm, no more hot water! Tried the shower also luke warm, reported... More

We stayed in the courtyard room on the upper floor with twin beds. It was large and the bathroom was a wonderful size. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. The only complaint we had was it was not very bright in the bedroom as there was no ceiling light , just standard lamps and bedside lamps.... More

Firstly Leed Castle is in KENT, not Leeds! We arrived in early Jauary 2015, we got there about 1pm to be told check In wasn't until 2pm & our room wasn't ready. We could either go for a coffee, or Into the Castle, which is what we did. The staff were all so fantastic. We were informed the Great British... More

Excellent location - Leeds Castle well worth a visit. Room and Breakfast were fine - Pity that the Restaurant was closed - Quite a trek to Breakfast in the Castle area - But we found an excellent pub quite close by (Windmill) for dinner. Only downside was the early 10:00 check out. Much too early!

I decided to take my wife for a relaxing overnight stay at the beautiful Leeds Castle in November. On arrival we were shown to our room which was clean and homely though one thing that was not advertised was that there was an office right underneath us and some fairly noisy staff working there. Not too impressed with this we... More
